I will try to be careful with the review as there might be a serious situation preventing the guru to not showing up and it could be out of his control. I waited 20min, sent a message but did not receive any updates. I could read after that the guru had done that on all the tour recently so at this point, it should be the app to pause his profile until he can confirm he is able to conduct the tour again. I am not sure about the reason he is not anymore active in touring but hoped everything goes well for him.
Guide did not show up. This is the seventh time he has done this. This has never happened to us before. This is unacceptable. Guru Walk, please delete him from your site immediately.
We were looking forward to this tour but Filip didn’t turn up after 15 minutes. I left him a message and emailed Support number of Guru Tour. Silence. We were on many tours all over the world , it is the first time ever that the guide didn’t show up. Wishing him well. Katrina
