Very nice tour around Hanoi. Be mindful that there are pick pockets around so keep your valuables in front and ensure they are safe. There are many times when you'll be walking around very populated areas so you'll bump into a lot of people.
Tour is decent. You will learn a lot about the main attractions of hoi an. It was especially nice to try some of the local foods while on the walk.
Galvin and his colleague were very professional every step of the way. They were able to share their experiences when we were walking to each location. Overall, good tour and it shows they really care.
