Very good tour. Great explanation of the art. History explanation also good.
We chose Urban Tours for this walk. Our guide was Ferdinand (Fer). He was terrific. His English was excellent and his knowledge of Chilean history was fantastic. I would highly recommend this tour.
The walk was OK but too much time was spent going into local businesses ( a jewellery shop, a cork shop, a port shop and a “paste” shop) which then seemed like the main aim was to get the walkers to buy things from the local businesses rather than telling us about the city
It was a very good tour. Ange was a good guide. There were a lot of people on the tour and sometimes it was hard to hear. We went and saw most of the main monuments and Ange was able to give us some good history.
It wasn’t great. The tour was advertised to be 2 hours. It went for 1 hour. We didn’t see the main attractions - for example we didn’t go to the Arab quarter at all. The guide could barely speak English. I got much more out of a do-it-yourself walk.
