The tour guide was friendly and approachable. we covered a lot of distance and saw quite a few sights. He also did his best to make the tour engaging. Unfortunately, the tour left a lot to be desired as the information provided was not extensive and detailed enough, and it didn't cover all of the sights we went past. Also, quite a few of our questions went unanswered. Finally, on a few of our stops we were sidetracked on unrelated conversations and tangets that I think were unnecessary. I would personally not repeat this tour.
Big Tom was a pleasure to be around. He kept his and the group's spirits high in the cold weather and adapted to our needs -we had a longer break indoor so that we avoid the cold outside, which he used to tell us about the city. It was one of the best delivered walking tours on which I've been.
I would recommend this tour. The headphones that we were given enabled the guide to talk to us while walking, so he could talk about some places without stopping. His delivery was captivating and engaging, and the information was interesting and relevant.
