Hi Raphael,
Instead of us just cancelling the tour beforehand, Nikki wanted to meet you and waited for you on the Market Square to ask you in person if it was ok to join our other tour an hour later, which was fine for you at the moment.
Very disappointed to see a 1-star review for a tour you didn't experience.
So far for trying to be the best tour operator with a personal approach 😔
