Alexsandra didn't arrive at the meeting point at the confirmed time. We arrived 5 minutes prior and waited 20 minutes after. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Tried contacting her and received no replies.
Alessandra was a great tour guide! She told us many interesting facts and was always happy to answer our questions. I definitely recommend her tour!
