Terrible experience. The guide cancelled on my only 1h before my arrival. As a tourist, I’m not 24h on my phone to check every message, so when I saw the text on my way to meeting point, it was already cancelled by him. Frustrating experience. As I saw the text, I realized that the guide request a minimum payment for $30 per person. We booked a FREE tour, but apparently he thought it was not for free and decided to charged us.

Sono rimasta delusa della modalità in cui è stato annullato il tour. Solamrnte 10 minuti prima della partenza!! Se ero stata avvisata prima avrei potuto organizzarmi diversamente! Pessima organizzazione

Arrived 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes. Tour guide never showed up. Group and I had to leave. There was no notification of cancellation or delay. Very dissapointed and I wasted my time
