I booked onto the tour and received a confirmation email. Waited by the castle for someone in tartan as instructed. No one came so I messaged the guide.. Received a reply a couple of hours later from the guru saying he had not received any notification of the booking. Feel frustrated at the time lost for exploring the city.

Normally I always contact the walkers a day or two in advance to find out their preferences and adapt the tour to the group or because we need a minimum of reservations since we do not live in Edinburgh. I previously worked for this platform and I did not have any type of problem of this type, in fact all the reviews were very good, but due to health problems I stopped working on the platform for several months and when I returned I had this problem several times. I am very sorry again for this bad experience.
