Alfama: Die lebendige Geschichte der Menschen Lissabons

The tour was canceled and I was offered to join another tour in Belem, another town a distance away. When I said no thank you to it, I asked if there was another tour here in the city that I could join, but got no response back. And now, instead, I got this e-mail wanting me to give a review -- of the non-existing tour.

Hello. On behalf of walk and talk we would like to apologise. We have a lot of trouble today in sorting out the activities given an incident that happened to a guide. It is not our clients concern, and I can only say that we try to improve everyday. Hope that you enjoy Lisbon and that this has not affected your day. Kind regards.

Hey Keyla. We also immediately communicated with you so that you were aware of what was going on and in a timely matter that allowed you to find alternatives. I hoped that the support that we give is a strong sign of our commitment torwards our walkers. Truly hope you were able to find an alternative and once again apologies for the inconvenience.
