    Kevin the guide did not turn up to the tour. I messaged him 15mins after the scheduled start but he did not respond and after 55mins we left. Some communication about if the tour was still on or if there were delays would have been appreciated.

    The guide never showed up. I was waiting for 1 hour at the meeting point with another participant. We both sent him messages, but no response. Not even days later.
