Rain seems like a nice and friendly person, but I would advise you to think twice about booking this tour. He communicated a day in advance saying he would confirm if we could do the tour at 16:00 seeing as he had another tour at 14:00. He never messaged to cancel, in fact I had to message him at 15:20 (so 40mins before the tour) and only then did he say sorry he can't do it. So while he seems great and respectful, the organization and communication needs to be better and more professional so that he does not ruin the plans of tourists visiting Siem Reap. Good luck to Rain and I hope he can continue to grow and provide a great experience for those who are able to take this tour.

As the schedule confirm tour I already informed you that I will let you know before 16:00 pm for cancel tour or not because I inform you that I got another tours and sometimes my internet is very slow during tours Thanks you again for lovely reviews I will try my best to do excellent job for other tourists.
