Luis was funny, professional, good anecdotes about Munich. Touched on all the highlights. Suggest changing start time to better co-incide with start of glockenspiel to reduce waiting. Would recommend this tour.
Luis was a great guide, gave some great tips and was very easy to talk with.
Luis is a very good storyteller, chose entertaining stories to tell and showed us interesting places. What I personally disliked is that at various points throughout the tour he was questioning us to test what we remembered, which wasn't always fun. He also started and ended the tour a few minutes late and talked a little too fast for me to understand every word.
Our tour was supposed to be on Wednesday...we were waiting at the meeting place. Just by chance we checked our email and Luis cancelled us but did take the time to set us up with another tour in the area. Later that night we got another email that Luis had rescheduled us for the next day. We did not go as we went on the tour the day we were originally scheduled for
