It was a new experience. It gives you very basic information and experience of Turkish food and desserts. I suggest you do your search and look for not touristic places and eat like locals.
My experience was so-so. Tour guide was nice but very pessimistic and often discussed about money and the tips. Not much was explained about Turkish food.
