We were disappointed as the tour was rescheduled very last minute. The 5 of us who joined the tour were waiting at the meeting point until we contacted Youssef and realized about the time change. We decided to do the walking tour ourselves.

Hello Jennie, Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I have already sent you a message that the tour will be rescheduled from 11h15 to 14h15 so we can enter the Hassan two mosque.

Youssef is quite knowledgable about the town and history of the country and would answer all our questions, even when they were not tour-related! He would always repeat things he said if any member was slower to catch up. There were a couple of times of some miscommunication that I feel caused some delays and confusion about what the best route could be, although I believe this was in Youssef's good intention to give the group some freedom and flexibility. Sometimes this may work well but other times not so much.
