There was a large feminist march taking place in Valparaíso that day, which caused some disruptions to our tour. We did warn you in advance about the march. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the tour. We understand that our guide's English speaking skills were not as good as you have experienced with other guides. We are always working to improve our guides' language skills, and we will take your feedback into account. We understand that you may be disappointed with your experience.
