Alejandro es un guía muy agradable y majo. Nos trató muy bien y nos explicó todo bien, pero quizás necesite apurarse un poquito más a la hora de hacer el tour para que de tiempo a todo. Quizás información más resumida de lo que vemos, interactuar menos con el viajero (no hacerle preguntas tipo acertijo) y decirle al viajero que el tour continúa y que pueden volver a hacerse fotos buenas una vez termine el tour. Es solamente una opinión constructiva ya que el tour fue en inglés y quizás en español se desenvuelva de otra manera.

Our tour guide was not Alejandro. Our guide didn't seem as enthusiastic or fun. He had to be probed for information and gave scant info. Some info may be inaccurate, too. He asked us questions instead of just telling us the information. Maybe other guides are better!

The tour was ok but not like the great reviews we read about Alejandro. He was not our guide and apparently there are several others that fill in. Our tour was mixed English and Spanish (even though we signed up for the English tour) which ended up slowing everything down with alot of standing around and wasting time. The communication, punctuality, and information was lacking.

Hi Stacie, we are a group of guides who do the Freetour, Stefy, Gabi, Joel and Me. We always do separate tours in English and Spanish, I'm going to check what happened on that tour and find out why it became bilingual. I appreciate your comment and I will take your suggestions into account.
