The tour suposed to be in English but two spanish speaking joined the tour at the last moment so half the time the guide spoke to them only.

Hello Ra'anan, we are sorry if the tour didn't entirely meet your expectations. The two Spanish people spoke a very good English so the guide did the whole tour in English. We consider completely understandable that they exchanged a few sentences in Spanish. You seemed very confortable with that and you also said you enjoyed the tour. For this reason we think it's a bit unfair a comment like that. However we accept it and we will try to improve our tour even more. Best regards.
