Kostenlose Tour Original Florenz: Medici, Renaissance, Gastron...

The tour went an hour longer than planned. Armando was very nice and professional. Group size was roughly 20-25, which felt a little big given how crowded the streets are in central Florence. Information was ok but the stories were often challenging to follow. Rather than spending as much time talking about sites to see, opening/closing hours, ticket purchasing, etc… I’d recommend that be assembled into a digital handout. It would make the time spent on the tour more concise and focused on the highest value, the stories of the sites in front of us.

we are sorry that the tour was not to your liking, but unfortunately in life it is difficult to please everyone, but being the free tour with the best review rating in Florence, and this being the first negative review in months, we think we are doing a good job, regarding the size of the group, in Florence not even the paid walking tours where the clients pay a minimum of 50 euros per person are small groups, much less a free tour which is a low cost service
