    The tour was nice but a lot of time was spent criticizing Santiago which I tought was a bit sad

    During my year of travel, I have never received a ruder email than the confirmation message I received. It clearly stated that latecomers would not be waited for, yet we ended up starting the tour 10 minutes late due to the guide. On the positive side, the guide was highly knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The tour itself is well-suited for those interested in history.
