Nina is a very nice, happy guru. She gave some information about the city, not too much. She was too busy pronoting food and drinks for over 1/3 of the tour. We get a Guru walk in every city we can in Europe; sadly, Nina is one of the less informative tours we had.
Antwort von GuruDear Tal, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the tour. While I appreciate your honesty, I also wanted to highlight that the essence of our tours is to offer a genuine local experience rather than a structured lecture full of dull facts that you will forget in 5 minutes. It's about immersing yourself in the culture, tasting local flavors, and connecting with the community. As an educator, I completely understand your desire for a more informative experience during the tour. However, it's essential to recognize that these tours are designed for a diverse audience with varying levels of knowledge and interests. While some participants may crave detailed facts and figures, others may prefer a more relaxed and interactive approach. During the tour, I strive to strike a balance by providing foundational information while also encouraging questions and discussions. This allows me to tailor the experience to the specific interests of the group, ensuring that everyone can engage at their preferred level of depth. Moreover, I firmly believe that learning is a two-way street. While I endeavor to share my expertise and insights, I also rely on the curiosity and engagement of the participants to guide the direction of the tour. By fostering an environment where questions are welcomed and encouraged, we can collectively enhance the learning experience for everyone involved. Ultimately, my goal is to create a dynamic and enriching experience that accommodates the diverse needs and preferences of the audience. Your feedback is invaluable in helping me refine and improve the tour to better serve the educational goals of all participants.
