The tour was canceled and I was offered to join another tour in Belem, another town a distance away. When I said no thank you to it, I asked if there was another tour here in the city that I could join, but got no response back. And now, instead, I got this e-mail wanting me to give a review -- of the non-existing tour.

Hello. On behalf of walk and talk we would like to apologise. We have a lot of trouble today in sorting out the activities given an incident that happened to a guide. It is not our clients concern, and I can only say that we try to improve everyday. Hope that you enjoy Lisbon and that this has not affected your day. Kind regards.
