Hi Ursula! Everything was rated 5 stars in the internal review but because you want less than 10people in the tour you rated this. My sincerely apologize but the groups for free tours can be until 23pax. I think for less than 10people you can book a private tour instead. Revolutours team

Die Tour war thematisch sehr auf Portugals Geschichte bezogen und hatte sehr, wenige Infos über Porto selbst!!!!

This stop is essential, as it is an iconic building in the city. The duration of the stop is longer because there are several important details explained there. The tour guide repeatedly asked if there were any questions at the end of each stop. He has excellent, native-like English with a clear and neutral accent, making it very understandable. If you wished for a better understanding, as the tour guide suggested, you could have asked any questions between stops, as he was very open to clarifications. Did you ask the guide anything? Did you seek any clarifications? If not, it is difficult for the tour leader to know your needs if they are not communicated. Additionally, there was plenty of information about Porto's history, architecture, and the Old Walled Porto in relation to today's Porto. Was there any specific reason why you didn't approach him personally? Communication is key to avoid these situations and fullfil everyone's needs. The guide was very enthusiastic and kind. The quality of information was low. Too many useless Harry potter / j.k Rowling facts and tourist-trap advertisements, and too little historical and architectural details of the town. Not recommended.

Additionally, it seems that the mention of Harry Potter exceeded your preferences, for which we regret. We only discuss Harry Potter at the Lello Library stop, as this is the sole location on the tour where such discussion is relevant. This is due to the library's connections with the city and its inclusion in the description of the 2-and-a-half-hour tour. Our tour guides also may briefly mention the other walking tours as the Old Town or Gaia walking tour, as they complement the Main one. For those reasons, our tour guides talk about both the bookstore and the other tours, as well on recommendations on where to visit and not to visit is also part of this tour.
