El Guía no se presentó. No envío siquiera un mensaje para avisar que no podría presentarse. Veo que esto ha pasado ya varias veces, evidentemente no recomiendo hacer esta reserva. Una pérdida de tiempo.
The tour guide didn't show up at the expected point. We waited for 15 minutes and even went to the first stop without seeing them.
This is so disappointing. I booked this tour twice and we were looking forward to the tour. The first time the tour was canceled 20mins before the start time. The second it was an absolute no show and the event was deleted after the start time. We were already at the location looking for the guide. We planned our evening around it being hopeful but we were gutted when this happened again. Have a backup plan in case if you are doing this tour.
