We waited 45 minutes outside Starbucks coffee house as directed, at no point did anyone wearing or carrying anything red make themselves known to us. There were no other English speakers in the vicinity either, I think the guide didn’t want to maybe only have two participants so apparently tried to call us. We have done many of these tours and the guides are always easy to spot. On this occasion the guide definitely did not ‘show themselves ’

The guide did not show up and did not respond to our messages. On the internet we found the telephone number of the agency that was supposed to organise this tour. The lady from the agency said she would get a guide for later. But she didn’t. All she gave was a list of sights, but it had no descriptions. Very very disappointed, absolutely not recommended.

Llegamos al punto de encuentro con 15min de antelación y había otras 2 personas que también esperaban al guía. Envié un mensaje al guía, que no contestó ni nos contacto tampoco con antelación para anular el tour.
