Though I booked weeks in advance the guru didn’t show up so after 20 minutes of waiting I contacted him to let him know we were waiting (the 4 of us ) and 6 others who joined us from our ship. He said that he tried to contact me but I only saw a message he left 10 minutes before start time that he cancelled the tour. We were disappointed so I found a walking tour online same as the gurus and led it myself, reading aloud to everyone. We saved a few hundred dollars which we used for lunch. I wouldn’t recommend this person.

I reached out to you 3 days in advance of the tour to let you know that the tour was cancelled for difficult circumstances. Unfortunately, you told me that the ship didn't have Wifi etc and also Guruwalk's website is not the best technology so the messages I sent to you didn't reach you through this channel. I want you to know I tried everything I could to get you the information to prevent this from happening. If you check your What's App you will see multiple phone calls, at least 10 calls from me. But in any event, you didn't hear from me. I am passionate about tourism and also building a great organization built on hospitality so your experience does concern me. I will do more on my end to minimize these kinds of circumstances. Hopefully if you even visit Nassau again you will remember this message and reach out to me. I will definitely make up for this one bad experience. I hope your group enjoyed your vacation nonetheless. Once again, my sincerest apologies!
