Hi first of all you were informed about payment in very polite way.Also I told you if it is not ok for you, you can leave the tour. I offered it to you, so what do you mean when you wrote about my behaviour? If conditions are not good, people can leave. About SMS, I asked you to confirm coming. I wrote you on platform and SMS. You did not answer, I have a proof, as I keep it on my phone. So strange to read it. You do not answer . If tourists do not answer, guide can not come. I came and got such unfair comment. Leider war der Tourguide schwer zu verstehen, es wird sehr viel auf Gebäude eingegangen. Der Tourguide wirkte teilweise sehr unmotiviert zwischendurch. Auf die Frage wie sich die Stadt entwickelt, wurde ein kurzer Vergleich aufgeworfen und mit "wenig" beantwortet. Ich kann die Tour nicht empfehlen.

Thank you for your opinion,but I am really very offended. I always give at my tours a lot of information about culture, architecture and life. I really give my soul to tourists to show them how beautiful and fantastic the city is.That is a pity that your expectations did not come true, perhaps you wanted to hear something else or did not understand English well.
