The tour was supposed to be in English but it turned out that 6 people were French . We decided to abort the tour because the Leader focused on the French attendees.

Did not show up to the tour.

Guide never showed up wewait 30 ins. Tired to contact through the message link. There was no response from the guide. This isn't the firdt time a 'free' guide has failed to show. Perhaps there weren't enough people tomake money so he just blew us off.

El gurú nos tuvo hasta último momento para ver si confirmaba o no la reserva y la terminó cancelando a un par de horas del inicio del tour, después de haber estado pendiente durante bastante tiempo. Evidentemente estaba viendo si se llegaba a un número de asistentes que le conviniera. Nosotros éramos 4 y había más gente anotada pero se ve que no sirvió. No es la primera vez que se cancela un tour, lo que cuestiono en este caso es la falta de respeto de tener a la gente hasta último momento sin respuesta y luego cancelar cuando ya no había opción de hacer otra cosa.

Verry disapointed, at first the tour was not confirmed for over a week and guide was not responding to the messages. Then in the evening before the tour, he has send message to reschedule the tour for one day later. And finally on the day of the tour he did cancel it at all. Definatelly not recomended, don’t waste your time as other party does not respect your plans

Unfortunately I had to wait for the result of the covid test and, for this reason, I was unable to confirm it until the end. This is disrespectful to me. However, I would like to remind you that, as indicated in the tour information, it only takes place if the number of participants that has not been reached is reached.
