Do NOT book with Guru! My 1 hour tour was cancelled. I was allowed to book the 2 hour tour. I had a confirmation email on the day of the tour. We arrived but no guide. I sent a message and was told the tour was definitely cancelled. Later I received an email asking if I enjoyed the tour!! You couldn't make this up. Will never touch Guru again with a barge pole!
This tour was dissapointing. Our guru was not knowledgeable at all. It almost looked like she had just memorized some notes to talk about the places she showed us. On top of that, when I asked a question I had about something she said, she just snubbed me saying she doesn’t answer questions on the tour and would give the notes in the end. She didn’t want to interact with the audience.

Was at meeting place. Told tour would start an hour later. Turned up at 12 no guide or tour. Very annoying. Would never recommend or book again
I have had 20+ walking tours in different cities of Europe. This tour with Loreana was clearly the worst tour. the content of the guide was THE WORST YOU COULD EXPECT. WE DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT THE CITY IN OUR 2 HOURS LONG TOUR. for most of the monuments, the tour conversation was like : Guide asked us : "what do you think about the momument? Do you like it " and then gave her opinion of if she like the monument or not.. We were never given any background history of the monument. Tourists are coming from FAR AWAY places and have limited time to visit the city. Walking tours are generally a good way to learn about the history of the city. if the Guide is not good, then it is a WASTE of TIME and MONEY for tourists. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED THAT THIS GUIDE WORK ON HER CONTENT OF THE TOUR, IMPROVE STORY TELLING SKILLS, IMPROVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS, DO NOT GIVE HER RUBBISH ONINION EVERY 2 MINUTES.
