The guide didn’t turn up to the meeting point to start the tour. We waited for over 10 minutes at the waiting point but no one arrived. Incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
Unfortunately this tour was cancelled even though I could complete the online booking on the website. A bit disappointing since we went to the location and there was no one there
Guide was Phillip. His English was hard to understand. His presentation was essentially nonexistent. I didn't know why he was pointing out many things. He walked too quickly for me, who is not used to these hills. I ended the tour very early which I've never done on a few tour anywhere in the world before. Do not recommend

Der Guide hat uns schöne Orte gezeigt und uns erzählt, wo man als Tourist besser nicht alleine hingehen sollte. Das war gut. Die Informationen und Fakten zu den Orten und der Stadt, bzw. der Geschichte der Stadt waren wenig hilfreich, eher flach und nicht so spannend. Es war lediglich ein Spaziergang mit ein paar Kommentaren, keine richtige Stadtführung.

Nobody showed at the meetup point. 35mins later we received a reply to our text, with apologies that we were communicated the incorrect meetup point. We left very disappointed on a self guided tour
