We are sorry for your one star review that is indeed without joining the tour. Please check the inbox and you will see we informed you early in the morning for time change of the tour. It is not our mistake if you don't check your messages before you leave your hotel.

Awful. Learnt next to nothing, simply read the menus outside different businesses. Hostile, temperamental and unprofessional tour guide. Overall a very uncomfortable experience (I do not leave this review lightly).

As Iwalk team, we are sorry for your bad experience but our guide Önder says the following for you: "I never thought that she was that lousy and crooked that she lied about the tour and me. I just mentioned everyone to read the tour description before the tour and conducted the tour normally. At the end, I didn't receive any money from that lousy woman and other guests from Australia too. The only problem was the guests from Israel who paid 50 liras for 2 people which means 1,7 euros which is less than what we pay to Guruwalk for a walker. I left the rest of the group saying sorry that I had to go to find that old man to ask about his behavior." He also says he wants to contact you via WhatsApp.

You had one booking at 12:30 and another booking at 13:00. How can we trust you. Our guide was there. You should have contacted him via WhatsApp or the Guruwalk system.

We came punctually for fhe trip and couldn't find our guide. We saw one and asked if he had known oie tour guide, he said yes and offered to call him. Our tour guide informed that the trip was cancelled which was not true according to the system. Also, one hour before the trip he changed the time of the tour. I used guruwalk many times before and ever experienced such thing. Very unpleasant situation.
