Free Walking Tour Cordoba: ein vollständiger Spaziergang durch die Geschichte der Stadt

As we were literally leaving Malaga to drive to Cordoba, the guide canceled the tour due to insufficient number of people. The LATE CANCELLATION was a shock & forced us to book another GuruWalk that we waited for at the meeting place & the guide never showed. As it turned out, the guide CHANGED THE MEETING PLACE!

Hi Frank! Thank you for your feedback. As per our messages 5 hours prior the tour, I had only your booking and the tour didnt reach the minimum number of walkers. I really thought I was going to get more walkers. I apologised twice and kindly offered you guys to book another guide (we all are different companies and I cannot respond for others) to be able to do the tour in my beloved city. I totally understand your dissapointment and I am sorry your experience was not as expected, my bad. All reviews help me improve:) You have a lovely day guys and see you next time!

I received a text from guru a couple of hours prior to the trip confirming for me to be there 10 minutes early. I caught a train from Seville to cordoba for 35 euros and got there in plenty of time. I waited for 45 minutes for the guide in the heat and after a long train ride. I finally received an email stating that the time had been changed 8 hours later when my train was due back to Seville. I was very upset as I really wanted to learn about cordoba and made a huge effort to be there and with confirmation on the morning. Very rude and disrespectful. Will never use them again!!

I sent you a message via the Guruwalk group chat advising you of the change 2 hours before the tour and then made the change to your booking. We came by train from Seville and rushed to be on time for the Cordoba morning tour which I had only booked at 22.30h the night before, and we just found another couple who told us an email had been sent cancelling the tour. Extremely disappointed

Unfortunately I was not and I cancelled the tour and sent you an email but with short notice, thats why I understand your dissapointment. Hope to see you guys next time:)
