Dear Mr. Ravit! I'm sorry but, I really can't understand why you decided to rate with 1 star the tour that you didn't attend at all.🤔 You didn't answer to my messages, didn't ever send me a notice that you are coming, or you are coming later. Even that we stay extra 15 minutes at the Hafnersteig and you didn't show up. We are putting so much effort into organizing, developing, offering various free tours in the cites and then You decided to put a one star review. On a tour that you never take part of it. 🤔 Anyway thank you for the review, every feedback is welcomed. I wish you a pleasant stay in Vienna.👍 All the best Mirko
