We were very disappointed. We were walking through the group and he walked really fast and we lost him through a trafic jam. He never look behind to look if everybody were following. We were 5 different persons to loose him. No way to contact the guide and he didnt call us...
Antwort von GuruThe other 3 tourist from United States contacted with us and they apoligized for delayed and were sorry and left a tip to the guide, and we told them that it was fortituous situation because normally is not so much traffic and that the guide was looking for You and , as is told in Guruwalk You must provide a WhatsApp number so we can give it to the guide in case of necesary and you never provided one, all the rest of the group ended very happy with the guide, so it very unfair from You to give one star and also you neither You wrote by this chat of Guruwalk so we could tell the guide. And is not TRUE he was not looking behind when You left the alpacas he gather the group always abd also in the next stops , but with all the Big cars i'm the traffic jam he was looking for You and also went back and after waited with the rest of th group.
