On the day in question, our records indicate that over 20 people had gathered at Central MTR Exit K (Outside). Our tour guide, Summer, confirmed via text that she was set to commence the tour at 11:04 AM, which suggests there was indeed a sizable group present at the meeting point between 11:00 AM and 11:04 AM. It's possible that Summer may not have been visibly holding the yellow fan as described, or perhaps there was a misunderstanding leading you to believe that the assembled group did not pertain to our tour. At this stage, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly what went wrong. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Rest assured, we have communicated your experience to our guide with the intent to ensure that, going forward, they make every effort to speak with everyone at the meeting point to avoid any potential oversights.
