I was there, in the right spot, 10 minutes before the tour but there were no umbrella. I've looked everywhere in a radius of 30 meters. I've sent a message but I got no answer. Such a waste of time.
Waiting for half an hour at the meeting point. Wrote to the organizers, they excused with guru walk that tour was cancelled before i book it-how it is possible!?!?!? . But if cancelled how I received confirmation for the tour. First time with such bad experience.
After messaging repeatedly there was no response even about the tour being cancelled. Then they message at around 4 pm asking me to come by 6. Very unprofessional.
We looked everywhere and stood in the described meeting point for 15/20 min and nobody was there with an orange umbrella like described. There were a million tours so we joined another one as ours didn’t start or at least didn’t start from the meeting point that was described in the email
