Quite disappointed. He didn’t show up. He didn’t respond to my message if not very late to apologise. You can have personal emergencies but you don’t left people hanging for 1 hour. Also pretty sure that he just thought that wasn’t worth it as there were only two of us. Not professional. Manage your business better
Our experience is that we would not recommend you book a tour with this guide. We had communicated to him early in the tour that we were unhappy with the over dominance of French speaking. This was ignored.
The guide texted me that the tour was cancelled, sending the message 15 minutes after the tour was scheduled to begin, while I was already at the meeting point awaiting the group.

I waited 20 minutes and I left ! Thank you!
I messaged Sufyan one week before the tour and he confirmed the tour is running. I messaged him one day before the tour and he still confirmed the tour is running. I showed up to the meeting point and waited for 20 mins and he wasn't there. I sat inside petit lapin cafe opposite to the meeting point and messaged him checking if the tour is still running and he didn't reply. Already 2 hours past since start of the tour and he hasn't messaged me back. I also heard from another traveller in Casablanca that Sufyan did not communicate with her he won't show up to the meeting point. Sufyan! For whatever reason you don't do the tour, you better communicate it in advance. Weather it's for personal or professional reasons. I don't care it didn't meet the requirement . You still tell the walker one day in advance you don't do it rather than making fool of yourself.
