Several time this guide demand an amount for a free tour. Which means that you have the freedom to pay want ever you want based on your satisfaction. The guide canceled the tour twice and mentioned rhat if I still would show up, he would deny to give me the service. Never in my life have I experienced such a rude approach. The policy of guruwalks is that you have the freedom to pay any amount to your satisfaction. Carlos just demands a minimum of $15, it you say anything about this amount, you will get refused as a walker.

First, Carlos himself was quite rude during the check in process. Tour with Tomas was OK. Knowledgeable but not terribly exciting. Nothing new I hadn't heard on other tours already about the history. He took a 15 minute break 30 minutes into the tour which was just a waste of my time. It's a 2 hour tour--breaks aren't needed! He pointed out a lot of places that we can visit on our own more than provide interesting facts and stories beyond the typical. There weren't any exclusive maps or guides given as discussed in the tour description. Spent 5 minutes talking about food for animal killers. I would have been better just roaming around on my own.

Oh no, we were just planning the next crime and eating a delicious animal when we read this, apologies for not keeping up with your cancel culture expectations, by the way, what you said about roaming alone should be a wonderful idea that you can apply to the rest of your trips.

Extremely rude

Yes Elisa, I am super rude, specially with arrogant, violent and disrespectful people like you and your group of friends. Story short, 4 people booked a walking tour but they were expecting not to walk, also they were expecting that the rest of the group fallowed their pace, celebrate their racist/distasteful jokes and anything else that they felt entiteled to. By the way, I do not tolerate any of this. In the tourism industry, we are very used to be fake and in some way deal people like you guys, but you were in another level of disrespect and annoyance, the level that make you think, "well, I wouldn't mind to receive a bad review in order to not receive more people like these". Anyways and to be honest, you guys were unberable, not only to me, to the whole group, and I received many complains about you and belive me, you would't like to hear how unconfortable they were with you guys and all your behaviors and atittudes.
