We're really sorry but there were only 3 people and not 4. Under these circumstances, we were unable to organise the visit. If we know in advance, we will of course cancel, but if the people don't come, we unfortunately can't foresee it, as it's low season at the moment. However, you should know that we do our best to inform people, but not everything depends on us. I'm sorry again, but I don't think it was our fault and the guide did the best she could in the circumstances. Best regards

We booked a tour. But the guru didn’t show up. Lost chance

We are truly sorry. The guide had an unfortunate setback. Our apologies.

Very disappointed as the guide never showed up at the meeting spot. No email or other contact. What a waste of time. I wrote a message to the guide but have still not received a response. Obviously you cannot rely on this company.

I have been on a dozen or so walking tours in 5 countries and they have all been wonderful or very good but the guide never showed up for the tour in Montpellier. I was really, really disappointed because I am considering moving there and wanted to learn about the city. Especially not pleased because the guide did not respond to my message or send a cancellation notification. Surprising because all of my other experiences have been exceptional, each in their own way.

We were told on the spot that there was no English tour today...
