Dear Richard, I just read your private comment.
You express that you booked the tour based on our guide rating, which is one of the best in Panama City, but you were disappointed to know that I was not the guide. I ask you to read the presentation of my tour where it is written that I do the tours in Spanish-German and Giovanni or Elmer the tours in English. So Elmer is not a pinch hitter or a "sub par guide" as you referred to us but a certified guide respected by our union.
Elmer is a member of our staff, he is a very well-known teacher in Panama City, it is the first time that we have had a bad review of him and we regret that the experience has not been the best for you. We will take into account what you wrote to us privately because we are always willing to grow with the criticism and opinions of our clients. Regards, Javier
