Charlotte was one of the most lively and exciting guides I've met (and I have been doing about a dozen free walking tours in the last few months backpacking). You can tell she really cares about learning the ins and outs of Palma, citing local stories she's uncovered through the near decade she's lived in the city. With a long career in tourism, she has great recommendations for what to do and not to do during the remainder of your stay. But personally, the most value I got was just having a fun time being around Charlotte's energy. Thanks again! :)
