Nerea is a nice, jovial presence but her pronunciation and/or manner of speaking makes it hard to understand what she was trying to say. Many times we couldn’t understand what she was saying. My constructive suggestion is to try to transmit less information but in a more structured, organized manner, so at the end of the tour we are left with more knowledge about the sightseeings in Segovia. Nerea you can always improve, good luck!
