Thabo is a very good speaker. You could listen to him for hours without getting tired. He is also very kind and takes care of all the participants. Make sure you have some extra small notes of cash on you to tip the street artists and taxi.
Kadek’s tour is perfect for people who enjoy a relaxed walk without much information. You visit the highlights of Ubud. For people who enjoy learning about history and culture, the tour might be disappointing. Also, the walk is pretty long and intense. So beware of that if you’re elderly or if you’re less fit.
Erni was a wonderful guide. Even though we were the only 2 guests, she took a lot of time to get to know us and never rushed the tour. She was also very openhearted about her personal life and views on living in Indonesia, which enriched our overall experience.
