Hugely disappointed with their communication. We organised our day around the tour time. Got to the meeting point and no show. Sent them a message and discovered they had cancelled the tour but not bothered informing us. On top of that, they claimed that that they had sent me a message. The fact is no SMS , no email- nothing! Don't waste your precious holiday time with this company!
I was really disappointed. The tour was canceled, and I only found out about it when I arrived at the location. The platform didn’t send me any notifications to my email about the cancellation. So, we hurried to the meeting point in the rain, only for it to be in vain.
