Our walking tour with Moured was exceptional. We were the only two booked so it was a private tour, lucky us! He arrived to collect us from our Riad at the agreed time and took us on an amazing tour through the labyrinth that is the Medina of Fez. He kindly showed us many interesting places including tasting of local pastries, olives and dates. He also took us to a tannery and incredible handicrafts studio. We were shown around by the owners/staff but were not pressured into buying. Our tour coincided with Eid and Moured saw many people he knew along our way and it was obvious to us from their happy exchanges that he is a well liked man. Moured was knowledgeable, happy with a very pleasant demeanor, proud of his city. He went out of his way to help us find a functioning ATM - 4th time lucky, which involved us taking two taxis and we were fortunate to see the exterior of the Royal Palace whilst doing so. I highly recommend a walking tour with Moured.
