we waited at the meeting point and there was a grumpy girl holding an umbrella for the walking tour. when we approached her, she just stared at us and didn’t speak. we stood around for awhile with other tourists. the guide arrived later and the girl left. the guide kept taking photos and videos of the group with his personal device and without our permission. it was very uncomfortable.
this was one of the BEST walking tours we’ve ever done. frank provided a lot of interesting information about cusco’s history and culture. he also gave recommendations and tips for the next few days. we really appreciated how comprehensive this tour was. highly recommend!
the free walking tour was great. but we booked a day trip to guatapé with them, they cancelled at 3pm the day before the tour and did not refund us. it’s been a week and they are unresponsive. like a scam.
