I want to assure you that my absence was not intentional, but due to an unforeseen personal issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone with me that day, which prevented me from reaching out to inform you in time.
As soon as I was able, I sent a message apologizing and offering a new tour and I did not get any answer.
