There were 5 of us waiting for the tour since 10.50am. Guide did not show up and I’ve called the number that came with the confirmation at 11.00am but there was no answer. We’ve left the meeting point at 11.15 after sending a whatsapp massage to the number. Later on around 12.30 contact number texted me saying that the guide was there, but we were the only ones at the memorial that morning standing right next to the sitting Alan Turing statue. I think there is a confusion there but all 5 of us were disappointed and went our way. We couldn’t attend the next day since we’re only here for a day. I hope they solve the problem for next tours.
Amazing tour! Even though the weather was horrible our tour guide made the trip enjoyable and worth the time. We’ve learned a lot for sure
