Mohammad was great and a lot of fun. He talked a lot about Islam. He sounded like he was sincere and believed everything he said. I respect that despite the fact, as an atheist, I can‘t relate to many of his beliefs and opinions. I enjoyed the tour.
Haktan was a very good and fun guide. Trying to do both European and Asian side in less than three hours including a ferry ride of 30 minutes all included was a bit too much. There are a lot of tours on the European side, is it because the Asian side is less interesting ? A more specialized tour of the Asian side would seem to me more interesting.
Paria was a great guide. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy the tour. The technology is OK not yet overwhelming but nice.
The castle is beautiful and is worth visiting. To go inside the buildings, you need to buy tickets and to allow for more time after the tour. Public transportation is free for 65 + and half price for 60 to 65. For the change of the gard, it is a good idea to reserve a place right at the fence to have a better view. James was nice and energetic. He gave us a lot of interesting information, more than I will never be able to remember. I recommend the tour.
