The guide was enthusiastic but there were two significant problems. First, the organization. She seemed to believe that she was in charge only of the "yellow umbrella" group. Then the "red umbrella" group joined. She seemed to be surprised, she did not have the names of the people of this group but shew took them in charge. We were 24 people and she had no microphone, which is incorrect for such a large group. Sandra said that the company didn't give it to her, that maybe if they saw that there were a lot of us, they would give it to her in the future. Is it like that or should she put it? I don't know, but I do know that the quality of the tour drops a lot due to not being able to hear well. Regarding the most touristic part, too much information on anecdotal facts - how waste is processed in Norway or that they eat tacos on Fridays - and practically no historical context. I'm not saying that everyday life isn't important, but shorter, please.
