This was a very very disapointing experience! I booked the tour a few days in advance, got confirmation. The day before the tour the guide didn't contact me, which was strange, so I wrote to him, confirming the tour is happening. He confirmed twice there will be tour. Then at 10pm the night before he messaged me on WhatsApp asking to change the tour time. I responded that I cannot go later, as I have to work in the afternoon. He said ok and but still didn't cancel or informed me he cannot make it. After some time I asked him again, for the 5th time if the tour is happening and at 11pm he messaged to say "the tour is cancelled. Bye" I was shocked. It was too late to look for a different tour, he had the whole day to let me know he is cancelling, he confirmed numerous times there will be a tour and at 11pm, after me inquiring again he cancelled. This is very very disapointing and unprofessional. I am surprised this guy has so many positive reviews. He wasted my day by cancelling last minute and not allowing me time to look for something else to do. Really would not recommend Balaji's tour to anyone.

This was an amazing tour! Manish is the nicest, most knowledgeable guide and he is all smiles and good mood. I did the tour on December 31st so it was the most amazing end of the year. Thank you Manesh for making my experience in Pushkar incredible and unforgettable!

My tour of Alexandria with Rasha was super fun and great overall! She was very diligent keeping in touch and confirming all details prior to meeting. Once we met, she made sure to find out my expectations and interests and tailored the tour to meet them. We spent a few hours together (which were lovely) and Rasha really did her best to show me the most interesting parts of Alexandria and also be aware of my time. Overall, I was very happy with the tour and Rasha and strongly recommend anyone visiting Alexandria (which you should!) to take her tour, it is well worth it! Thanks Rasha!
